Union Sacré Winery crafts dry, Alsace-style wines from single vineyards and single varietals–Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner, and Pinot Noir. We also explore California’s Central Coast where pure expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Sangiovese inspire us.

Union Sacré Winery started in 2014 with a shared dream, a lone truckload of fruit, and plenty of help from friends. It’s a story about coming together against all odds—a pursuit of wines made for real tables, real people, and the joy found between them. Alsatian winemaking is all about community. Intimacy. Friendship. And that’s exactly where Union Sacré began.
