CLUB FAQ

Club Terms

Membership is a one-year commitment (2 shipments).

We do not charge or ship any wines upon signup. We email club members two weeks before billing and shipping to let them know their shipment is coming. During this time, members can update their shipping address, and billing details, and customize their wine club shipment. All club orders are processed a week prior to the club shipment. Shipments will be automatically billed to the credit card on file. Club orders can be shipped or picked up at the winery. No refunds will be given after this date, except for errors on our part. Adult signatures are required at delivery.

Pick-Up Orders
Pick-up orders will be saved for 60 days. After 60 days, we will release the reserved wines to our inventory. At the time of a late pick-up, we will work together to fulfill your order with wines currently in stock. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping Hold
Are you still experiencing hot weather or going on vacation? No worries. We will do one collective hold period for all customers who need to postpone their shipment each release. If you need this extension, please notify the club manager at club@unionsacre.com.

Shipment Responsibility
We work diligently to send you reminders to inform us of any changes or vacation time before we ship. Once the shipments are with FedEx/GSL we are no longer responsible for your order’s delivery. If you need to change an address or delivery date, please manage your order with FedEx/GSL via your tracking number. Thank you for understanding.

Membership Holds & Cancellations
When joining the club, members commit to a minimum of one year (two shipments). If you want to cancel, please consider your membership commitment. In lieu of canceling, we recommend putting your membership on a 6-month hold. If you would like to proceed with a cancellation or hold, please email us at club@unionsacre.com.

To put your club membership on hold or cancel, call/text (805-369-2777) or email us at club@unionsacre.com or simply log into your customer account, click on “Club Memberships” and scroll down to click on “Cancel.

Yes, if you are traveling, experiencing hot weather or have other extenuating circumstances at the time we release our wines, we are more than happy to hold your wines until you’re ready to receive them. Please contact the Club Manager at club@unionsacre.com to hold your shipment and coordinate a future ship date. Please note that you will still be charged for your shipment on the date noted in your account and club emails. 

Yes, if you are experiencing other extenuating circumstances and need to skip a shipment or put your membership on a temporary hold please contact the Club Manager at club@unionsacre.com or simply log into your customer account, click on “Club Memberships” and scroll down to click on “skip shipment” during an active club season. This will allow you to skip one shipment while maintaining club privileges.
