Union Sacré Winery is proudly located in Tin City, a hub of creative makers and vinous misfits in California’s Central Coast. It’s here that we pour a house flight of dry, Alsatian-style gems.

Join us at the indoor bar or grab a seat on the patio. Tastings are $20 per person, waived with a two-bottle purchase or club sign-up. Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome. Bringing a dog? Great—just give us a heads-up.

Absolutely love this winery! The alsatian style wines are wonderful. My favorites are the edelzwicker, meli melo, and dry Riesling. I've been to the tasting room twice and loved it both times.
