An Alsace House since 2014

The stork is an elegant, majestic bird—and in Alsace, France it’s practically sacred. Every year, migrating storks flock to the region, where they’ve become a staple of local folklore. If you see one nesting on your house, it means good fortune. And if you see one on a sign outside a shop, it means you’re in for some excellent, traditional Alsatian food and wine. Across Europe, people recognize the stork emblem as an embodiment of the region’s culture, community, and the pride Alsatians take in their work.

Union Sacré brings those same values to the Central Coast, through the lens of Xavier’s individualistic spirit. His wines pair Alsatian tradition with the low-intervention, innovative winemaking practices he loves—his very own definition of beauty.

Meet the Stork

Pierre

The Lucky charm & Mascot

Bonjour, darling.
Yes, I’m talking to you.

I may have feathers and a beak, but don’t mistake me for some silly goose or a crooked old crane. I am a White Stork—the elegant, long-legged symbol of Alsace, France, where fine wine flows freely. Around there, I’m practically sacred.

Nest on your rooftop? That’s luck.

Show up on your wine bottle? That’s legacy.
